Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to best meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship within [United States, Canada, etc.]. If you're located outside of these areas, please reach out to us at idododo2007@gmail.com to discuss shipping options.

International Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to physical addresses only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at idododo2007@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item(s). We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
